- Learn more of the 8 limbs
- Discover poses for sun salutations
- Practice twists, seated postures & heart openers
- 2-hour session
Week Three
- Let’s put it all together
- Practice full sun salutations
- Final preparation for your 1st class
- Discuss Yoga OMazing class levels
- Final 1-hour session
