Join us for an in-depth practice around Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. This foundational teaching encompasses all aspects of yoga and we will explore each limb and how we can use them to guide us in living a meaningful and purposeful life.
Although no textbook is required we will be referencing the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. In this workshop we will discuss, move, breathe and integrate the Eight Limbs of Yoga so that we can fully experience the beauty of their teachings.
