For some people, going upside down in a Yoga practice can be extremely intimidating and/or scary. If this is you & you've been thinking about taking the next step, now is the time to overcome your challenges, discover what you really can do & deepen your Yoga Practice.

In this Workshop, we will explore unique tools and techniques on how to begin, practice and execute certain arm balances and Inversions. First, we will warm up, flow & focus on strengthening & lengthening our bodies in preparation for inverted postures (Crow, Headstand, Tripod, Forearm Stand, & Handstand).
Each student will be given plenty of class time to practice their inversions (how to approach & practice with confidence & safely), receive one-on-one attention from the instructor, hands on adjustments, exercises, tools & modifications to help better assist their practice.
