Megan's love for her mat began her very first yoga class. Like many people, she found the inner calm yoga provided helped to balance out her busy mind. It wasn't long before she found a daily practice was both needed and desired.
Megan decided to become an instructor in order to share her love of yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Hot Yoga for Life in the fall of 2014. She has loved shifting her attention to other people's practices and constantly finds inspiration from them.
Years ago Megan's first experience in a yoga studio was actually here at Yoga OMazing. She is very excited that life brought her back to this space and she looks forward to each class she gets to teach here.
