Laura has been practicing yoga in 2009 when she came to the mat seeking relief from lifelong back pain and health issues. She quickly discovered the healing power of yoga and became passionate about holding space for others to do the same.
After becoming certified in 2013, Laura began teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga as much and to as many people as possible.
She believes that yoga is an intentional practice of connection-- First connecting with ourselves and seeing what is, so we then may recognize our connection and unity with everyone and all that is around us. It is from such a place that we allow the veil of our own illusion to be continuously lifted so we are able to experience our wholeness, rooted in our truest nature and the boundless love of our highest selves.
Laura's classes are an opportunity to journey deeper-- taking time to cultivate awareness, broaden compassion, deepen self-love, and elevate JOY. She offers her students a breath-focused approach to Vinyasa, aiming to hold space for each person to dive deeper into their own experience of this journey and to leave feeling centered, peaceful, grateful and more deeply connected between mind & body.
