Anthony is a teacher from humble beginnings. He started yoga in 2007 when he began a home practice based on a set of flows on TV. He spent the next three years defining his practice as 30 minutes (with commercials!) with pre-recorded cues that weren’t tailored to him as his only guide. Anthony knew in those moments that he would one day do his part to help other practitioners develop their practices however he could. He practiced at home for three years before going to his first studio class three years later in Pittsburgh. Since then, his yoga journey as taken him all over the globe and each experience only served to keep his vision of teaching and helping others grow their practices strong.
Anthony completed his first 300 hour training in November 2015, just six months after moving to Oregon from South Carolina. He has since gone on to complete many more hours of yoga teacher training (600 hours total as of February 2018), has traveled to Nepal twice for yoga, and is always learning more about yoga, spirituality, and related modalities.
Anthony is currently studying at East/West College of the Healing Arts to become a licensed massage therapist. He also completed Reiki master attunement in October 2017.
