Solstice OMathon! Joy brings this all-levels practice to watch & celebrate the rising sun on the shortest day of 2019! 108 sun salutations are traditionally completed during seasons of change, often during the solstice or equinox. This practice is sometimes referred to as the "Yoga Marathon" since the inner fire built in this practice, both mental and physical, is very strong!
